Truly horrible service. Front desk will totally ignore you unless you insist. I live in the neighborhood and have gone here several times out of sheer convenience- and each time I wonder why I tried.
They seem to be only concerned with large commercial orders- don’t go here for any local hardware needs.

Visited this place a while back, I've got the best customer service ever. The employees know their line, true professionals, I've been there for a while & I've seen how they treat their customers, it's just amazing, I'd recommend this place for an awesome shopping experience.
Besides the customer service, they have all building materials, for unbelievable good prices.
They have customer parking & employees are bringing the materials to you & help you put it into your vehicle.
Tri-State Lumber you guys rock. ???

Customer service is unresponsive . There was a tri-state lumber driver who was driving trailer at the left lane of my car in Highway I-278 north bound around Williamsburg at 07/30/2022 10:30am , he throws a small stone out of his window and hit my car! I call the customer service and was being “kicked ball” likely with nobody that I can file up complain. Your driver are putting your company in a very risky situations if anybody got hurts like this time ! Management should pay more attentions on training driver and monitoring them !!!
