Extremely family friendly and family oriented! I love that all the staff is very helpful and veryyy open. They have such a diverse selection of goods and products!! I thought I've seen big discount stores in the past .. but woow!They have products on ALL the shelves, they have a Huge basement, and even products hanging from the ceiling!!Amazing!! Absolutely love it !! I will definitely!! Shop here again, anddd I don't even care that it is very far from my home.They accept all major forms of credit cards, Great prices(not like other D&D stores, and even a great bag/cart check system.

I stopped in against my better judgement.I was thrown aback by the smiley face at the register. A newish young lady.And they have changed the store around. A lady was standing guard and I asked where the sponge's were.And she took me to it.I was surprised by the atmosphere. It was always ok,even as trax.But a few ppl made it look bad.I missed going in.You can get a few thing's that's surprising in a store like this.But you get your money's worth on everything.Still the same trusty items.I enjoyed my visit
