We love this store very much and visit it regularly. However, this evening we encountered rudeness from a security guard at the exit, who literally snatched the cart out of our hands. We asked to take the groceries out for just a second, but unfortunately, we were rudely yelled at. I never thought such a situation would arise in my favorite store. Please explain to your employees that everything can be communicated politely and amicably!

Get Self check out if I have to bag my own groceries. That way I don’t have to deal with bad customer service.

I would say being as crowded as it gets, the lines move fairly quickly. It is a pain to move through the aisles when it’s super crowded. I hope Trader Joe’s would open up a Gowanus/Park Slope location. That would really relieve a lot of the crowds.

Great staff, clean, and efficient. Also in one of the coolest old banks with a cathedral ceiling for a less cramped shopping experience.

I have yet to embrace the fascination of this place (or Whole Foods) and their double stuffed paperbags, but when I needed some quick flowers for my niece's performance, I was conveniently able to run in, make my selection at the front door and jet (not quite, lol). I had to wait on one of two long lines to check out.
Quick suggestion: I only grabbed some flowers. Consider a monitored self checkout for 5-10 items or less. Reducing the long line (s). Just a thought!!
