Used to loved these but lately they don’t taste the same and the patties don’t flake/fluff up like before. They have also gone cheap with the packaging, the 3 patties are now thrown into the box without that plastic holder to keep them neat n separated. So they now stick together and can’t be separated without breaking them. Last time we threw a whole box away after frustratedly tried to separate them. It was a mess. Never again. It’s too bad quality has gone downhill.

They taste good, but they are always frozen together in the box. They used to be separated with plastic holders, and this didn’t happen. I waist more than I eat. Out of the last 3 boxes of 3 I purchased- in 1 box all three were frozen together and broke apart when trying to separate them. In the other 2 boxes only 1 in each was good. So I only got 2 out of 9. Waist of money

Absolutely the worst beef patties I’ve ever bought, all Pattie’s are completely frozen together and gooey when cooked.

I don't want to leave a 1 star review but I must in order to get the attention of the company.For years I have been a loyal consumer of Tower Isle's patties, however it is imperative that the patties be individually wrapped or somehow seperated in their packaging!Why? Because in nearly every box I purchase two or all 3 patties are frozen together! It is almost impossible to break them apart without damaging them!I will revise my review accordingly when I see some changes addressing this issue.Cordially,A loyal customer since childhood.

Patties are always fresh. I have been coming here for over 20 years, I moved from the neighborhood but each time I return, I pick up a box or two of the frozen patties.

They just throw the patties in a cardboard box with no plastic packaging to protect it from moisture that builds on the box causing freezer burn. Golden Krust is a lot more hygienic.

As others have said, please reconsider your packaging. The frozen patties are always fused together.

Hands down the worst tasting beef patties we have ever purchased! The beef is ground to a paste like consistency with bad taste. The patties were placed into a box together and not individually packaged.We purchased 9 patties in a box from Stop & Shop for $15 . Golden Krust has a more tasteful and enjoyable pattie for a better price.

The cocktail beef patties are terrible - first when they are heated they pop open and the beef spill all over the baking sheet; second the dough - so tough and "doughy". Cocktail patties are supposed to be light and fluffy - these are not. My recommendation - stop making them!!
