Messy and extremely hot and stuffy. It was a summer night, but me and other customers were fanning ourselves because there was no AC and it was so hot. I love TJ Maxx in other locations, it's a shame that this one can't give the same customer experience. I don't see myself coming back.

No ventilation is working! No a/c at this hot humid weather and full store of people. And it’s not just once happened. At least last few months and last year summer same thing. Always, huge line to register. Very poor service at this location. Talked to manager already, but haven’t changed anything.

I’ve been to this location several times, since it’s now one of the two locations left open in Brooklyn. Every time I was there the unkempt and disastrous racks with all sizes and types of cloths all over the place. Nothing like the city locations or the closed Fulton location that was always neat and clean, things easy to find. Personnel indifferent.

Bad store?there are no chairs for trying on shoes, there used to be at least one, but now there are zero. I was forced to try on shoes balancing on my weight! Thankful there is a restroom, but it was very dirty, just a nightmare. I think it needs to be cleaned much more often. There was a huge line at the end of the day, but only three or four cash registers were working. Maybe I was unlucky and today was just a bad day.

There were lots of people. The check out line was crazy. The store wasn't too untidy. It was easy to shop for what ever you need.
