I brought a charm and chain here because the charm was not fitting on the chain. A very knowledgeable jeweler solved the problem by changing the shape of the bail so it fit nicely on the chain and could come off and on easily. And, she didn’t even charge me! Such a pleasant and positive experience!

The prongs on my engagement ring (Bought elsewhere) had become loose and I needed them tightened quickly with my wedding around the corner—I got a recommendation to go to Tivoli, as they do this in house (Which I’ve come to find is really rare nowadays). I called ahead and spoke with Jenny who was super sweet and I made a plan to go in. I went in today and was greeted by Joe and Frank (The owner). They were both incredibly kind and Frank let me know he could get that done for me while I waited in store. As I waited, I chatted with Joe about my upcoming wedding—He is such a nice man! He let me vent about the stress I’ve been feeling with all of the wedding planning. In just a few minutes, Frank was back with my ring. He steam cleaned it and gave it back to me—The prongs are nice and tight, so my diamond is super secure and my ring is freshly cleaned for my wedding! I am so happy to know I have a great jeweler I can take my rings (And other jewelry) to for tightenings/repairs/maintenance in the future. The jewelry they had for sale in store also looked very beautiful, and they had quite the selection! In a very stressful time before my wedding, Tivoli made this experience so easy and treated me with the utmost kindness. I am incredibly grateful and will absolutely be going back to them for all things jewelry related! Thank you!

i live in the neighborhood, and Tivoli has been amazing at resizing, fixing, and cleaning all of my pieces, making it feel like a revamp of my jewelry collection. They do great work, very reasonably priced for repairs and alterations, and so nice. highly suggest using them if in the neighborhood and your jewelry needs any updates, fixing or resizing!

In the four years that I've been going to Tivoli Jewelers I've only had exemplary experiences. In the past they've fixed watches for me and adjusted sizes; always in a timely manner and always communicated effectively. Currently, Joe, Jenny, and Frank are helping me select a ring for my girlfriend. They've been extremely patient and informative -- qualities I deem paramount when making an important purchase. If there's one word to describe the Tivoli team, it would be: reliable. I look forward to finding our ring with them and continuing to frequent their establishment as long as I'm in New York.

I came to Tivoli to get 2 rings repaired. The first thing that stroke me is that the entire team is extremely welcoming.Joe took care of myself. Soon after his female colleague was also chiming in to help find the best solution. Quite frankly, before entering the store I wasn’t sure I would leave my jewellery with them, but after interacting with the team I had no doubt. I was happy with the repairs. Highly recommended!

Tivoli Jewlerd are experts in their field first and foremost. I’ve patronized this business for over 10 years and for good reason. I went to Tivoli looking for a pink diamond engagement ring. Pink diamonds are rare and cost a ton of money. Frank the owner went above and beyond to find a ring for me and saved me close to 25% in the end! There is no way I’ll ever use another jeweler for anything and nor should you!
