Absolutely horrible. The lady with the dog scratched my leg and didn’t even say sorry or fix it. I should get my money back this is the worst nail spot and should be shut down. Not to mention my pedicure is cracking and it’s only been 2 days.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Their license should be removed and will be. This is the second time that they waxed the skin off when fixing my eyebrow. Not only that, their attitude towards customers is also terrible. I should’ve checked the reviews before I visited this hell hole. Thanks for the valuable lesson you miscreants.

I wish I saw the reviews before coming here. Came in requesting a blow out and they went ahead and left my hair pin straight….told them that wasn’t what I wanted or asked. Proceed to show me attitude and said that’s not what a blow out is. The man went ahead and curled my ends with the comb and could easily tell he was so lazy with it because my hair got caught up and extremely tangled at the ends. I always tip but didn’t want to for this lazy service and the lady had the audacity to ask for a tip after doing such a terrible job. Never ever coming back. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Bad experience, horrible service, dirty salon with a dog inside, and they are so involved in tips that they brazenly ask for tips! Do not recommend ??

bad service they did my nails two weeks ago they charged me $80 and they fell off and I have in the photos and I went to get an explanation why and what they wanted to do is put Kolaloka on it and glue them on again
They put new nails on me and charged me $40 and made them smaller and reluctantly than the Chinese ones

Kelli is the best for a while I changed stylists and it only damaged my hair. I came back to Kelly and my hair is super grateful and so am I, of course she knows exactly what my hair needs.

The woman who "cut" my hair did not actually cut it. She simply made believe she was cutting it. They are all about the money in this place so I guess she thought if she didn't cut it too much, then I would be back sooner. First time I got haircut here but it will be the last. I have also gotten eyebrow waxing and my nails done here. Nails were just ok as were the brows. One time the girl finished my brows and then - without asking - took the same piece of waxed cloth with my eyebrow hair on and and put it over 1 chin hair and removed it. She actually had the nerve to charge me $1.00 for that!!! They will hover over you to make sure you give them a tip.

I don't really write bad reviews nor would I usually complain, but since my self confidence has been ruined by this disastrous hair cut, I have to say that I had a horrible experience & you're better off not coming here. The odds of them reading this review is also 0.001% I decided to come here due to word from family that had been a " loyal client" of the stylist working here. And in taking a generous leap of faith to freshen up for the lunar new year, my experience quickly proved my senses to be right. LOL he trimmed off hair that helped to frame my face and now I am left with Brussel sprouts. Since my hair gets oily quickly, my hair dampens and looks as if there is hair flying in all direction. Hair is suppose to frame and if not help to compliment or compensate for the shape of your face, but no, the stylist lacks this sense of calculative aesthetic and design. There's a huge gap in the amount of hair that is suppose to cover/rest on your shoulder. And since my hair gets oily easily with no volume when dampen, it looks as if I didn't brush my hair. strands of hair stick out in different directions. As they say a hairstylist can make or break your appearance, and it is apparent that the stylist is clearly INEXPERIENCED despite the number of years he has been active in this field. Furthermore, the nails were done by nailist with mediocre skills. They kept pushing me to do my nails when I didn't want to, which showed their self desire to earn more money. Nails costed a total of $75 for quality that is poor. My nails came off in less than 2 days. I rather save my money's buck at a HIGH END salon in Manhatten that gives you VIP SERVICE, makes you feel/look good, and has a better environment. I AM NEVER RETURNING-

Used to love this place. Then today, the one time I made an appointment instead of walking in, the wait was still 30 minutes. I might as well just walk in. But that's if I'm ever returning.Asked for a specific nail tech, received a completely different one. She cut me THREE times. Cut my nails super short and in the wrong shape. The gel paint had wrinkles in it and when I pointed it out, she told me would go away with the top coat. Went out into the sun and realized nope, it did not go away at all. I also saw polish was all over my skin and there were bubbles everywhere. I went in to get it fixed and got told that it's my nail shape??? What. Do you think I've never gotten my nails done???No. This is your terrible technique and negligence. Turns out it's their nail polish that was causing the wrinkles. She fixed it with new polish but THEN decided my cuticles need to be cut (AFTER I've explicitly said don't cut them, I hate cutting them) to hide the paint all over my skin. I'm so over it. They've lost a long term customer and honestly planning to never come back again.Will be warning my family to go find a new salon. Because this place just isn't it anymore.
