I ordered a white and gold chair for my Grandma's 95th Birthday. I was a little nervous ordering such a pricey item without seeing it but after talking with *********************. She was on top of everything, I wanted the chair to ************** and she was like no problem. Her service for me was upstanding. I am so blessed that she handled everything. Even when problem did arose she called me to let me know immediately resolved with quickness. I can't thank Ms. **** enough for the services and commitment. Ms. ***** you make my grandma's birthday the best ever I can't thank you enough for the smile on her face. Thank you.

I absolutely love my new peacock chair! It is the perfect replacement for an old one I had purchased at an antique store, which was not in very good condition. The new one is larger and much sturdier. I could not find what I was looking for on your website, but with one phone call, **** knew exactly what I was looking for and sent me a picture of the chair. She immediately filled my order and shipped it that day. I had my chair in less than two weeks, which is remarkable since I live in *********. Thank you, ****, for the awesome service!

I ordered an $1800. gothic throne in or around October or November 2023. The Throne arrived with scuffs and dings in various places even where the finish was scarred. The winged canopy which was boxed separately was broken apart in the front and completely separated from the rest of the canopy. After contacting the store I was asked to return the canopy and promised a new one as replacement. After numerous calls and inquiries and excuses it is now almost March 2024 and I’m still without the replacement canopy. The throne looks incomplete without it. I would not recommend this store due to lack professional integrity and follow-up. It has not been a good transaction and I’m left with a beaten up throne chair that’s missing its most unique characteristic and selling point. My $1800 investment into a very distinctive and what was advertised and shown as a beautiful piece of furniture, has resulted into a huge expensive disappointment so far.

Absolutely Fantastic! I ordered a King David Throne Chair and it was shipped a few days later. I received photos on my phone of what it looked like. A pretty big package! But I was prepared. It arrived in Denver within a week.I received a call from the shipping company on the day of drop off, and was given a three hour window. I requested that the driver call me one hour prior? and he did, which was very helpful.I was aware that the chair would arrive on pallets be dropped off curbside. It was quite large and thoroughly wrapped! I ended up unwrapping it outside of my apartment building and carefully carried the chair up the stairs to my unit.The communication was excellent, and it is an absolutely stunning piece.
