Terrible customer service. Interesting merchandise and wide range of goods. I would love to shop here but the two women working behind the counter did not greet me or acknowledge my existence. In such a small space and considering the pieces on offer I would expect a "Hello" and perhaps an offer of help if you have questions or need assistance. It makes for an extremely frosty vibe in there.

Amazing experience!!! Met Thea & Nico in 2020 at a market and have been thinking about their jewelry since! Their collection is so beautiful and unique. We got to visit their store front which made it all come to life! If you have only seen the market display you gotta check out their stunning shop! The design of the store is really well done. Nico has a workspace where you can see him in action. Their kindness and care shows in their work and conversation. So glad we made our way to Brooklyn today at the tail end of our trip to New York! We will be back! Thanks!

Loved the goods in this store, but the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I visited twice and both times there was the same older woman working who was unfriendly and cold. The last time I went I was clearly waiting to check out but instead of acknowledging me, she kept organizing different things in the store, almost like she was trying to look busy and not help me. I don’t know why I got this treatment, it seemed like she was very friendly to the customers before me. Hate to say it, but it felt racially motivated.

My friend recommended coming here for custom, high quality rings at a reasonable price. When you walk in, you can tell that a true artisan runs it with its workshop aesthetic. I appreciated how they polish and engrave items in store so you can see the handiwork process. I got my fingers fitted then got a brass ring engraved with a bass clef and polished for $55, which was very reasonable for the material and live labor. My brother got another brass ring for $10, which was also a great deal. Overall, absolutely world class service and will be back! If the owner sees this, I'm down to play cello for a silver replacement chain!

Really cool store with lots of interesting things to admire. The owners are really nice and will hold a pleasant conversation with you. Prices vary. There are nicer things in the cases that cost a little more, but plenty of cool budget friendly trinkets around as well (hair clips, brass key chains, dainty jewelry). I'll definitely be back
