The customer service representative at the counter was absolutely amazing! They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all of the available options and shipping requirements. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

Inaccurate hours posted. Closing times seem to change frequently and do not align to Google maps. Employees also tell me sometimes they’re just closing an hour early bc they feel like it. When they’re open, they’re mostly nice though.

I visit this UPS location frequently. A few months ago, I brought in a vintage Ethiopian Airlines flyer to be laminated. Unfortunately, when they put it in the machine, it crumpled up and was ruined. I was prepared to accept the loss, but to my surprise, a couple of weeks later, they contacted me with great news: they had purchased the same vintage flyer on eBay, made a copy, laminated it, and had it ready for me to pick up free of charge! That's truly 5-star service. Thank you, Mehna and Ruhul, for going above and beyond to make things right.

The best print shop in Brooklyn! Mehnaz helped me print my labels and she was so patient and kind! Would definitely recommend for all of your print needs!

Came in to return an item that claimed in the email on my end no prepackaging is required, just scan QR code and drop off at any UPS location, the guy at the front desk made such a fuss claiming that one it needed to be pre packed and labeled even though he scanned the QR code and it was fine, and said he could print it but I would be charged, also it needed to be pre boxed when it was in fact in a box already. But in its original box so it had to be reboxed according to him, but that’s how it was delivered to me so why would I rebox it ? He said if he had to provide a box id be charged for that as well. I let him know again that on my end it does not state it needed to be prepackaged and labeled, that it says for me to bring it to you guys, you will scan the code and do the packing, boxing and labeling for me, that is the whole purpose of the UPS Dropoff service. I have done it in other locations with 0 issues.
Seeing the many other bad reviews I can tell this is not the first time they have had this same exact issue, you are a mailing, boxing, packing, labeling service, you get paid to do those things, stop giving your customers so many issues.

The 4th Avenue UPS store is a scam operation. They forced customers to buy their overpriced tape, claiming perfectly sealed boxes weren't secure. This is blatant extortion, preying on people who just want to ship their items. The staff is rude and unprofessional, clearly more interested in ripping people off than providing a service. Avoid this place at all costs. UPS should be ashamed to have their name associated with this disgraceful location. Complain to UPS about this scam operator immediately.
