They say they are open till 5:00 p.m on Saturday, we are here and many other people are standing outside the store, it's 4:00 p.m, they put a sign, out for lunch and doors are closed. Nobody is here. We are waiting here for more than 10 minutes now.

I've never had a bad experience here. Be aware they do charge for tape or the tape your box.Second, the employees here very hardworking and are very courteous. My go to store.

Had to ship some presents out and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Told me my options and costs clearly to help me figure out why would work best at what price, and it was a straightforward and great experience.The employee who helped me was Simon and his service & attitude was fantastic.
