The owner of this location takes pride in ripping his customers off.
They charged me $3.81 for one black and white copy.
The employees said that it is the fault of the owner. Won’t be using this location. Will follow up with the Better Business Bureau.

I was a sweaty mess carrying heavy boxes inside the store, and after a long week… SUNNY WAS AMAZING! Patient, efficient, helpful, and took care of what I needed so I could get my items shipped. I am so grateful I met Sunny today! Thank you!!

I went there to print a single page and ended up paying $3.75. They charged $3.50 for computer use, which was a complete surprise to me as there was no signage about this. The staff who directed me to use the computer did not mention this either, and they only told me printing from the computer as an option. It was not until I asked to have my transaction canceled, which they said was not possible, that they finally mentioned there's an online printing option with no computer fee. Definitely don't come here to print unless you do online printing first, and do your research.

Ordered an Amazon package to be picked up here. One hour after delivery they marked it as I did not want to pick up the package and they sent it back to Amazon. I called up to ask if the package was there and was left on hold for 10 minutes listening to them handle in store customers. Good job guys, you’re doing great. If your boss is not setting you up for success, quit and find a better job at a company that is more organized and doesn’t leave you dealing with unhappy customers.

I paid $100 for overnight shipping and the package was not delivered overnight and 24 hours later has not left the facility. I was told by customer service that they could not locate the package and that if I wanted a refund I would only get one if the package didn't arrive in 1-2 days. Totally useless and incompetent staff and facility
