Good guys! They are always polite and answer all questions. They warn you in advance about what can happen to the parcel if you do not comply with the terms of shipment. They solve problems if they are their fault.

I recently visited a photo studio, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the service. The staff refused to take a photo of my child, claiming that children’s photos for official documents had different standards and couldn't be done there. This is simply not true, as the requirements for passport photos, including the standard 2x2 size, are the same for both adults and children. It was frustrating because I had expected a straightforward experience but ended up leaving without the necessary photo due to misinformation. I hope they improve their knowledge of photo requirements in the future.

Terrible rude service, this didn’t happen last year, apparently they don’t need clients anymore - they decided to be rude to everyone. I don’t recommend it to anyone unless you want to get a dose of rudeness.
