If I could, I would assign a 0-star rating to this establishment. Yesterday, I bought dried fruits and macadamia nuts, making the payment with my credit card. Unfortunately, the cashier failed to furnish a receipt. Upon opening the bag containing the pricey macadamia nuts, I discerned that they were expired and spoiled, possessing an unpleasant taste and odor.I revisited the store within two hours of the purchase, only to have the owner audaciously reject my refund request due to the absence of a receipt, despite the cashier recognizing me and verifying the purchase. Furthermore, he endeavored to persuade me that the nuts were perfectly fine, displaying extreme rudeness and arrogance in the process. Consequently, I departed the store without receiving a refund.This morning, upon opening another bag of dry peaches, I was met with a repugnant smell, signifying that the product had also expired.

Bought nuts from this place. After opening the bag, the nuts smelled bad and were rotten and expired. Tried to return the bag to the store but met with an absolutely rude and unwelcoming attitude. They refused to refund my purchase even though the cashier did see that the product is expired. Beware of this place.

The people who run this store built a duplicate of the original Nut House in Brighton Beach without the owner’s permission. Very unethical.
