I am staying at a friends in the area for a couple weeks and needed a drop off laundry place, as I have no patience in waiting a couple hours. I looked this place up (on yelp, of course) and had good reviews, and didn't seem extremely expensive compared to what I see in the Manhattan area. I walked over and dropped off a bag and they weighed it to equal about $27, which wasn't bad at all.I returned the next day and everything was clean and folded. Very nice service as well! I definitely give this a kudos recommendation!

It's one of the better laundrymats in the neighborhood. I appreciate that the last wash is 830pm, and that allows you to do your laundry at various hours. 6/7 pm is a good window to go to get the best washers and dryers (in my experience). The machines are a bit tricky to use with the card, but nothing that you can't figure out. I alternate between this location and another. Prices are reasonable, and if you need to purchase detergent or fabric softeners, those products are not ridiculously priced.

Came here for dry cleaning services. My shirts, dresses, and pants were fine, however each of my delicate pieces I brought were completely destroyed with holes. They did not warn me about the damage and I only realized as I unpackaged each piece. Really upset as each of these are irreplaceable and no warning or compensation was offered after spending +$95 here. I checked all of my pieces before dropping off and know these holes were new. DO NOT bring your delicates here for dry cleaning services.

It was my first time visiting The Laundry Taxi. I needed detergent and and their vending machine was broken so I asked for help. The girl working there was so rude it became really frustrating so I left without doing laundry here. Will not be coming back here even though I spent $3 on a new card, and loaded it up. Such a shame considering the positive reviews.

We were in need of switching laundry services and wanted a pick up and delivery. We would have preferred it was somewhat cheaper. But that is the only negative. Sal is easy to work with and the staff does a good job. We are happy and will remain a loyal customer.

Sal is the most arrogant person I've ever encountered in my life. My Mom has Alzheimer's & I needed help - Working 50+ hours a week, taking care of my Mom's needs (food, issues w/ caregivers, etc.). As shown in the screenshot he canceled at the last minute - then REFUSED to reschedule for ANY day this week! I ask for another pick up, even apologize for his "emergency" & he refuses to send anyone to pick up her laundry & tells ME to find another service? Lmfaooooo As IF I would ever give him a dime of my business again! If RELIABLE & RESPECTFUL service is what you need - don't use this place!

Surprisingly unprofessional service for their "great" reviews, 0/10 would not recommend you give your money to this company. I waited two days after carefully making detailed washing instructions and even texting with the service getting a confirmation for pick up on Thursday. I mistakenly didn't hear the doorbell ring and now they refuse to let me reschedule for another pick up? & They made no attempt to call my phone.
