Short Black guy Very rude. Wouldn't help us when we ask about adopting a dog . They need real supervision when it comes to dealing with the customer.

They have various size frozen feeder rats for your reptiles. No live ones, but this place is nice. They also deliver merchandise (not sure if that includes feeders).

Came for a dog harness and received excellent customer service. Coming here from now on to support one of Brooklyn's most important cat and dog rescues.

This pet supply store is right next door to the animal shelter, and it's run by all the same people. Most customers don't even realize they are technically two separate businesses (I think the pet supply store is for profit, and the shelter is not). Being completely honest, this is no better or worse than your average pet supply store (in terms of prices and selection). But it's always fun to come here just pass by the animal shelter, there's always something interesting there. And I feel like I'm doing a good deed to support to the same people who run the shelter.
