nice ambience and employees are super welcoming! they sell kbeaty/skincare products, line friends merch and kpop merchandise like albums, but only a few are available. they also apply a discount to people with students id too! (i dont remember the percentage)

This is the first review I've ever written in my life because I forgot to thank the staff for their beyond wonderful service when rushing to get home. I purchased a single face mask and received a complimentary mask catered to my skin. The staff rounded my change up so I wouldn't receive pennies. More so, they gave me a student discount(which I didn't know existed). I was taken care of extremely well in this store, and the owner is a very considerate woman. Even their face masks are very nice quality; they're the first to fit my face correctly(especially the forehead, nose, and lip area).

My girlfriend and I LOVE going here. We literally go here every opportunity we get. It's a lovely place with great products and beyond excellent customer service. Go here say hi to the ladies there and have some fun. You won't regret it.

They have loads of facial care and cosmetics stuff at reasonable prices. Even a few things for men. Students can get a 10% discount with id. I usually get their face masks at a deal of buy 10 get 10 free. This location also sells random "cute" items like plushes or keychains, etc. Staff can reasonably speak English, some better than others.

Ridiculous pricing. Not my first time here. In fact, I have their membership card or whatever It's called that gets your points/cash towards your next purchase as in many other stores. I didn't have mine today and that's okay because I didn't buy anything. I see now they are selling the BTS/Lines Friends or whatever the correct name is, and I'm not sure if that's legal or not. Not even sure if that's an actual brand they are selling or some susoicious knockoff for which they are charging insane prices. I've been to the Times Square Lines store and bought couple of things from there and they are way overpriced, but I haven't even seen this type of prices there. I asked a salesgirl how much was this one really cute lotion which I assume was from this brand or a knockoff of this brand and she said it was $23 but she's going to check to make sure. I said, it's alright, don't bother. Holy sht, $23 fkn dollars for a lotion?? I don't give sht how cute it is. That's just absurd.

This is a Korean skin care store which I go to often. They have a variety of skin care items and even more kinds of face masks. Each sheet mask is $2 and they give you a free one based on your skin condition when you buy something else. Everything is reasonably priced and staff is friendly. They give a lot of free samples which I love. Students get a free membership card for 10% off each purchase.

Went here because it was closer to home than the one in Manhattan. Very nice and helpful staff, well organized, and a lot of merchandise despite small size. The owner or manager was very warm and kind and seemed to take great pride in her work. I will definitely come to this one from now on. They also seem to carry more cosmetics, including my new favorite sparkly and well-pigmented eyeshadows. Can't wait to go back and try new things!

The workers there are really nice! The best customer service I ever had. The products are beautifully displayed and well priced. This store completely won me over on my first visit.

I thought faceshop is a more reputated cosmetic store but I guess it's not because I brought a brow pencil in 2018 and then after using for some time I realized it say expire 2016 like WHATTTTT it already expired for 2 whole years and I was using it for like few weeks. I can't believe they are selling such product to us
