Overall the service has been good and they are generally good with the customer service. They gave me flexibility of payment with the mail box on a month to month basis. But if you do not have a tracking # for your package, their policy is that they will not check over the phone if your package has arrived. If you have no problem to come in person to check for a package which does not have a tracking # then this place is ok.
