Bought a baloon dog and noticed it was cracked. When I took to return it, they broke it and told me they cannot issue a refund because they can’t tell if it was their fault. If the products are delicate, they should package properly. They had some real cool stuff but terrible customer experience. Such a shame

Love this place. Beautiful products, the perfect place to get a nice but not bank-breaking gift for someone. They have plant stuff, super cute housewares, delicious candles, and amazing dresses and accessories. Highly recommend!

I'm usually skeptical of a lot of "Black" shops because my experience has often been one of pre-judgement and pretentiousness. I don't have locks, my wardrobe isn't all pro-black slogans or references to Africa. I actually felt welcomed walking in. The workers were pleasant but not fake and I didn't feel pressured to buy and get out. I wish many years of luck to these folks.
