Very disappointed
The works are not rushing I called pushed help bottom no one came and went to call to cashier to call some one and the guy did not came even when I called him tonight open the vitamins I hope Target will take care of it, if you can see from camera I was here 09/16/2024 5:10 pm

I don’t know how many more reviews can bring up the attention from this target location manager to realized not just loosing business and also make customers feeling disappointed and even angered about no stuff have keys to open the lock section. I don’t mind to go to the store have stuff locked , but no body opens .Waisted my time to waits there. 20 mins this time, and I saw and asked 5 stuffs they told me the same thing will call somebody to open but 20mins…… and while I walked out the store without getting the item I wanted. One of the staff at the front thought my complaint was not valid. The CVS by Kings was more convenient as I was able to get the same item. Corporate needs to re examine this locked item policy as staff is making customers wait a long time.

"I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. The prices listed on the items did not match what was charged at the cash register, which felt misleading. It seems like you have to constantly take pictures of products to verify prices at checkout. This issue needs addressing, as it creates a frustrating and deceptive shopping experience."

Everywhere you look there’s another “policy.” No entrence from East 13th street. Only 4 baby formulas per guest. No touching skin care and hygiene products without an employee. On and on and on. Want to purchase deodorant? You need an employee to unlock the golden goods from the treasure chamber. That’s the “policy”. A rather inconvenient place to shop.

This is my go to place for groceries and cleaning supplies, you guys doing great, but I would really appreciate if you have some stuff you had before like: Clorox Ultra Comfort Gloves, Ajax dishwashing soap, and I really miss those Cotton Candy grapes, and the last thing is Clamato Picante! Other Target stores do have this items, maybe you can get them too ❤️

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visits to Target. For weeks now, I have been trying to purchase shaving foam, but every single time I visit, the cabinet where it’s kept is locked, and there are no employees around to assist. It’s incredibly frustrating to see the product I need but not be able to buy it because there’s no one available to help.
This lack of customer service is unacceptable. Why have items locked up if there’s no system in place to assist customers promptly? I’ve wasted so much time just waiting for someone to unlock the cabinet, only to leave empty-handed. I hope Target takes this feedback seriously and addresses this issue immediately

No such thing as a “quick” trip to this target. Even going in for one thing is a 20-30 minute affair considering 1. Just about everything is behind lock and key and 2. Good luck trying to get anybody to come open it for you. Not to mention the fact literally half the self checkouts are not working and haven’t been for months, leaving a crowded store with four registers, and good luck if all four of those ones are even working. Every time I come in there’s a line just about the entire length of the store just for the checkout. Only thing this target has going for it is the Flatbush one is difficult to get to from the area or else there’s no way this place would be in business

The first time I visited the Target on Kings Highway in Brooklyn. I bought a pair of trousers and two sweatshirts. The girl was standing at the checkout, beautiful and young, but very rude: she looked gloomy,as if I had come to her house, crumpled my things and put them in a bag roughly, as if they were garbage but not new things . I wanted to ask her about some card from the store, but her look showed that it was better not to talk to her. She was even too lazy to answer my thanks! The purchase was made on 4-08 05/09/2024.

After making a quick purchase at this Target store checked out by the cashier. A person who seems to be security took video and followed us to Marshalls next door. I took a picture of him before leaving Marshalls and he came out of the store and threaten us with racial threats to come back into the store. (I added his photos here. When we asked for his identification and job title he did not provide the proper info.
