I don't think you're legit company after I ordered medication from another company and paid them this car I wanted me to get $323 through Zelle as an insurance and they said I would get it back in cash my bank said absolutely not this is not legit so I tried to talk to somebody and talk to them they want me to give themmy Zelle info or credit card info for one dollar to talk to them and they tell me the company be very careful of this company

It's not over yet so I'll post again once I get my items. Pick up on 5/28/24 and mailing was fine a bit hurried but I'm trusting God my items will arrive safely. Arrived Trinidad 6/25/24 still doing well.now to wait for "paperwork" from some company called Pat &Dee,s pack and ship. Notice arrives in Whatsapp to receiver...come to collect paperwork 1000$. Yes one thousand tt dollars. I called to find out what I get for that no one knows just a printed paper with 1000$ written ion it. After getting that sketchy paper for I repeat 1000$ we now have an appt to collect the shipped items on 7/18/24. I will follow up with another review on what will cost. So far very uncaring. I paid 605$ to send some used furniture and kitchen items.

Horrible. It's a 17 minute drive from your place of business to where I live . I was purchasing 4 barrels and I was told drop off it 10am - 3pm . It's now after 4 pm on the day from delivery and still haven't received what I ordered . Why tell a customer that they will recieve drop off today and the driver will call when he is on his way ,but nothing . Waited all day for the for the barrels to be dropped of to me . Horrible . I will never do business with you guys again . Better Business Bureau is the next stop .

Absolutely the most unprofessional transport company I’ve ever dealt with. My car was damaged during transport and they refused to let me file an insurance claim. They claimed my step daughter signed the release for the vehicle and did not point out any damage to the driver. We took photos before the vehicle was loaded and after it was delivered to highlight the scrapes, scratches, and dents. I told the driver up front he was to contact my step daughter before he delivered the car so that she could have her husband there to help inspect my car. The driver just showed up with the car and was very intimidating. When I contacted the transporter about getting the insurance form they basically said I was lying about the damage and that it pre-existing. Despite sending them a dozen time-stamped photos of my car’s condition before and after transport they still refused to accept any responsibility for the damage. I’m not used to dealing with such an unprofessional company but I can assure you I will never recommend this company…beware.

I normally ship with this company I call to ship the Friday after thanksgiving they said if I paid 80 dollars i will not get it for Christmas but if I paid 120 i will get it in 2 weeks paid the 120 call today she said it reach the 21 and they never said I would get it I 2 weeks only it will reach scam to make more money I’ve been shipping with them for 8 years I do not recommend them so I didn’t get my barrel because the 23 we call it wasn’t ready so why charge extra for the same service if you all have a barrel I do not recommend shipping with this company to Trinidad you all scammed me cause if 80 and 120 reaching same time why pay 120 never me again you all
