I came in to inquire about whether or not they sell iPhones. I got to ask abt 2 questions and after that they would answer a question and look right back at their phones. What type of customer service is this? If a customer has even one question, as an employee, he/she should give full attention to the customer.

Man oh man oh man. I came in to get my TFranklin examined and walked out with a router. That was not my intentions!!! Yesterday on January 4th I received topnotch customer service off the bat(Great sales people too if I might add), from any experience I've had with other phone companies/internet. Although when I came in it was slightly busy but I didn't wait long at I was noticed when I came in and when the lady( I believe she was the manger, forgot to ask for her name) was done with one customer she quickly came to me and asked how could I be helped. From There I was introduce to Robert, who is very knowledgable & helpful (which I later discovered is a Pokemon master). Answered all of my questions no problem convinced me to get a router and now here we are in the review section at 10am. Thanks for the great service really helped a brotha out I almost forgot we was in East New York.

Great experience with Michelle. She was very personable and intelligent and made the gruesome task of picking out a phone very easy and simple. I had an engagement to go to that day, and I was in and out in no time!THANK YOU!!! We need more Customer Service like that!! Good job T-Mobile!!
