I was waiting quite a while to be served. When it was my turn, Carlos insisted on calling on a woman behind me. She told me he saw her first. She insisted I was in front of her but he just insisted and did what he wanted. As it happens I came in despite recovering from a fractured knee. I didn't ask for special accommodations. I just wanted to go in turn and he was a total jerk. Even the woman insisted, but he insisted otherwise. That's what I call a...hole customer service.

the most horrible customer service I ever experienced in my life not only I lost over thousand dollars because I had to take off time to drive to the nearest t mobile and still didn't get their mistake tak care off. Been their customer for 9 years with over 6 likes please recommend a different wireless provider it cannot be happening

I understand personally how hard customer service can be. Usually I try to be as kind as possible in my interactions in any store. However, the employees were condescending and dismissive from the get go. They were deliberately unhelpful and made me at the verge of tears upon leaving the store.

Samanta is amazing!! She’s so sweet, kind, outgoing and mad cool! She makes buying a new phone or upgrading a fun and exciting experience! I love her!! And we just so happen to have the same exact name, which is a first for both of us! I was so glad to meet her and hope to see her again one day!❤️❤️❤️

I was in two nights ago and I have to say Paris & the team were phenomenal. No only were they still in high spirits 7pm at night they were offering T-Mobile knowledge to every single guest. As a district manager myself these are the tings I love to see! Paris keep that amazing energy going!!! Happy Holiday

I received exceptionally patient and responsive service from Jade (one of the customer reps at the store). She helped facilitate a device upgrade and data transfer that proved a little trickier than we expected. She even stayed 15 min beyond the limits of her shift to make sure things were ironed on my new device.

The customer service I was looking for was just one slick sales pitch from a guy that relied on being condescending and dismissive of any questions I had. As always, when people are condescending and dismissive, I am immediately interested in giving my money without question. Thanks.

2 employees and a line of at least 8 people(2 ahead of me).There is a difference between good customer service and just running your mouth n chit chatting. N why is the app for paying ya bill acting faulty...that's why I ended up in the store ?

3 stars here because I have had mixed experiences. The first time I was here back in June, I had a young man who was knowledgeable and helpful when I lost my phone and needed a new one. He asked me questions about what I was looking for and explained the options based on what I said I was looking for.I went there last Saturday at around 12:15 p.m., as the phone I purchased was really just a stopgap measure. Told the reception associate that I was just browsing and she told me to look around the store, so I did. So I looked around towards the back at the Samsung phones, the young man towards the back of the store asked me if I needed any help and I explained the situation with my current phone and that I was looking to get a new one.He said ok and went back to his desk where he resumed chatting with his colleague, which is all well and good, but it surprised me. He didn't take the time to ask me what I have right now, didn't take the time to ask me what I was looking for, didn't seem interested in giving me options. . . call me crazy, but I think that if you work in a cell phone store you should, I don't know, be trying to SELL cell phones? What a concept.So I eventually did ask him whether any of the Samsung phones on display accepted a micro SD card and he said no, I pointed out, sarcastically, that that's how Samsung gets you now. . . they charge you another $100 or $200 for the upgraded phone with more storage because the base model only comes with 128gb of storage (not expandable unless you purchase cloud storage). Hisresponse was just a very flat: "well, yea, that's all it comes with." I pointed out to him that he may take that for granted, but in the not-too-distant past, ALL phones had a slot for micro SD cards and you could expand your own storage. His reply was just a "yea" or something to that effect." No attempt to, perhaps, direct me to a different phone from a different brand that DOES have expandable storage (micro SD card or otherwise), no attempt to even suggest other phones that aren't currently IN the store which he could order that DO have either higher base storage or allow for expandable storage. Not a single suggestion one way or the other.In other words, either this associate's knowledge about cell phones is extremely poor, he has no interest in assisting customers, or (more likely) BOTH.

Lots of young employees willing to help you with any questions or help you need. The employee that helped me even set my equiptment up so all i had to do was plug my equiptment in and start using it right away. Very nice large store.
