I was a walker for Swifto in NYC and I cannot recommend them enough. They are an amazing company to work for— the staff members are responsive, polite, and professional. They were very accommodating of my school schedule and worked with me and the pup parents to create the best daily walk schedule for everyone! I love each of the dogs I walked as if they were my own and had so much fun going to work each day. With coworkers like these, who wouldn’t have a blast?

Swifto is a great place to work! You have a lot of flexibility to determine your own schedule and routes, and plenty of opportunities to pick up walks in addition to your regularly scheduled ones. Working for Swifto can take you all around the city, which is fun if you prefer moving around and physical activity to being stationary! (You can get a pre-tax metrocard which comes in handy.) Walking one dog at a time makes it manageable and not overwhelming. Very supportive/responsive management who are immediately reachable via phone call or text. If you love dogs, this is a great gig.

Swifto was the best dog walking company I worked for. They make sure they hire the right walkers and makes sure every walker has experience and training. so rest assure pet parents that you will be getting a great dog walker to walk your pup. They also provide meet and greets so I was able to meet pups before walking them which was not only great for us walkers but also great for the pet parents as well. I'm sure it provided some sense of security. I was able to walk the same fur babies which was great as well because you get to build a bond with the dog you walk with. I would 100% recommend Swifto to any fur parent who may be looking for a walker. I feel like they are very trustworthy and reliable. I met some great fur babies who I miss so much

Christelle took care of our pup, and she was wonderful! Our pup is 5 months old and Christelle handled her like a pro: treats, breaks, rest, she did it all. We are so grateful for her expert level service. We would definitely recommend her, and this service!

Our Sweet Jane (Goldendoodle) loved having Kristie walk her twice a week (30 min walk and 1 hour park walk). Kristie was a pro with our 18 month fluffy baby. Kristie was always masked, gave texts of her ETA, and provided details of progress. We definitely recommend and will use again when our time prevents us from walking. Extra kudos if we could because our dog is not easy to walk. She loves picking up anything, will jump if excited, and is stubborn! Kristie is the best!

I'm godfather to a very feisty Portie and right now my friend and I are both orthopedically challenged. Enter SWIFTO ! Lifesavers indeed. We can't walk our pup at nite, she is strong and willful and doesn't want to go out unless she feels like it. Well SWIFTO's walker has been able to get her out the door even in rainstorm. It's worth it to have peace of mind and not to have to walk our pup in the dead of nite or in the wind or pouring rain. Definitely ! 5 stars.

I have used Swifto for around 2 years and all of the walkers at Swifto are just amazing and go above and beyond. Just one example is that for months of me healing from a severe injury they would do things like bring up packages, get me water and pickup around my apartment before they took Daisy out. They are all very kind and great with dogs but also with humans which is a nice perk. They also are accommodating with last minute walk requests, 9/10 times they can make it happen. They are also better than I am at suiting dogs up in weather gear (booties, coats, etc) which is helpful. Best dogwalking service I have used. The most frequent walkers I have had lately are Gerald, Susan and Daisy. They are all fantastic.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Swifto. We used this company for 2.5 years and are only stopping our service because we are moving. Our dog Selena had the pleasure of having 2 fabulous regular walkers during this time who both treated her like their own dog! First we had Grace and more recently Susan who has just been AMAZING and cares so much about our pup. When our regular dog walkers are out on vacation, the team finds replacements in a timely manner and is also great about reminding you that a holiday is coming up to cancel walks ahead of time if not needed. Can't say enough great things.. our Selena will definitely miss her walks with Susan!!

We had a wonderful experience with our Swifto walker Tim, who walked our dog Crash almost every day for the past two years. Tim was extremely communicative, caring, and reliable. He showed interest in Crash and treated him with affection (even though Crash is sometimes difficult to deal with). Over the years, Tim would always alert us if anything seemed "off" with Crash and would consistently provide detailed (and beautifully written I might add) summaries of what happened on their walks together. Tim's summaries, accompanied by adorable photos, truly made our day while we were away from Crash and in the office. We trusted Tim with Crash so much that we debated not moving from our current neighborhood so that we could keep him as our walker! We can't say enough good things about our experience with Tim and also had a pleasant experience working with Swifto to schedule and/or find a replacement walker for the few times Tim couldn't make it. Thank you for helping us care for our baby!

I worked with Swifto for about a year and was very pleased with the quality of the walkers, the response time of the staff in general, and the ease of use with the dashboard. I love that we get daily photos and updates on our dogs. The walkers were very mindful of taking care of our seniors and watching our tripod closely to make sure she wasn't overworked. I highly recommend Swifto!

It's difficult to say how grateful I am to Swifto. They have been professional, flexible, reliable and thorough. Their walkers and staff are friendly and responsive, and my dog Penny has loved their walkers. On top of it all, their rates are good. I can't recommend them highly enough.
