The receptionist , Patricia was extremely accommodating of my needs and suggested and guided me so that I can get the appropriate appointment to make my experience easier. The ladies at Surgical Socks were professional n polite. They were on top of situations from the begining, the prescription from my doctor, checking my coverage, sizing. Maria was absolutely fabulous. I loved stiiting with her n figuring out my breast Prosthetic right fit.

I have purchased from them in the past with good fast service. This time I placed an order three weeks ago for four pairs of socks.The first excuse for not shipping was they couldn't access my insurance portal. Then a week and a half later I received the wrong socks. They tried blaming it on me until I proved them wrong . They reshipped the socks I received two pairs not the four I ordered and you guessed it they were wrong. They promised me that I will receive the right ones today. Guess what... No socksOne thing they did do is bill my insurance for one hundred dollars per pair.

I love the socks. I got a sport pair and a regular pair. The regular pair feel great for the winter becasue they are on the thicker side the sports pair i love because the compression is just right.
