Terrible customer service all around, especially Vladimir. He needs to read the book called The Greatest Salesman In The World. April 19, 2023, we purchased a Speed Queen washer from this establishment, to be told that in 2 weeks, the washer would be ready to be shipped. I will speak about the 2 weeks period later in the review.Vladimir was very questionable with what we wanted and asking questions that made us as customers, having a first time experience second guess ourselves. It was not a seamless experience ordering the washer with him. Also, there are quotes in the lobby area that are subtly displeasing, we should’ve known from then how our experience would be.Fast forward to Friday, May 12, 2023, 3 weeks later, no call from Vladimir regarding our item being completed, etc. It wasn’t until we reached out to him, then miraculously, the washer was completed, and ready to ship. He stated that on Monday we can come in and have the item shipped.We came in on Monday around 12 something, 1 pm, and Vladimir radioed his team to let them know to have the machine delivered around the corner to be shipped. We went to the shipping place to let them know to expect the machine and we left to run some errands. We then came back to the shipping place around 350 pm, only to learn that the machine was not delivered.We then went back to the laundry place and spoke with Vladimir who radioed Paul about taking the item around the corner. At that point, we had it. We let Vladimir know that he’s the worst salesman ever, he didn’t call us to update us regarding whatever was going with the machine not being delivered around the corner, our time is also valuable, and I asked to speak to a supervisor. He then said, “I can refund you the money,” along with another statement. He then turned around, and asked, who wants to be a supervisor? He then began to speak with a lady in an office regarding the issue. He let her know what he told Paul what to do, yet someone else was telling Paul to do other work, which made Paul not take the washer around the corner. He also began speaking another language that we did not understand to the lady.Overall, we have to come back tomorrow to ship the item. We get to waste gas, etc., all because Paul was told to do many different things, and not prioritize an item being shipped right around the corner. This is a terrible place to conduct business and it was no issue in prioritizing to take our money to pay off for the item. Vladimir take some advice. You must learn to listen to your customers, they are the ones who pay you. They are the ones that allow any business to operate and function. Learn how to hold your tongue and let your customers vent. Last, yet not least, please read The Greatest Salesman In The World.

I bought a washer that was advertised as refurbished or reconditioned on eBay. It's not refurbished or reconditioned. It's a used washer. It works and it's fine but there's nothing refurbished on this washers except a little paint on the frame and motor. Just beware if they're advertising refurbished equipment.

Zero Stars! Google however makes you pick at least one. This company has literally the worse customer service/Office staff that i have seen in all my years. Maria the woman is the office has proved herself to be extremely incompetent. When I asked to speak directly to a manager or the owner perhaps, each time she stated he was not available. When technicians call out of work and are unable to make the appointment, you can never get a call ahead of time to advise you of the cancellation. Disappointed int he company would be an understatement. I say that because whoever is the Manager or Owner should consider the business they've lost and will continue to lose as long as the staff are not trained in customer service properly.
