Do not buy from these THIEVES. I ordered a handful of wall plates. Months later, they came in a tiny box that weighed 7/10 of a pound. They charged me $40 shipping. I wish I would have read these reviews before I gave them the chance to steal from me.

I ordered a headset from them a couple of months ago. The picture showed a headset that was compatible with a USB port. When I received the headset, it had an entirely different plug at the end, so I could not use it for my job. They told me I could send it back for a refund, but emailed me after it arrived and said they could only give me a 15% refund because the original box sustained damage. The box was in pristine condition, as was the headset because I never used it.

Ordered parts 30 days ago. No communication on status after repeated email and phone calls. Absolutely zero customer service involvement. Not acceptable in this day and age. Many other places online to shop. Will be filing a depute with my Credit Card company today.

If you do not like the product when you receive it, they charge you a percentage of the total value for returning it. you also have to send them the product and pay it out of pocket. They have the worst customer service i have ever seen
