Glad I selected Superstone for my kitchen project! Jim was easy to work with, responsive and accommodated my desire for a quick turnaround. The extended team including the template guy and the installers were thorough and professional. Superstone had a great selection of stones and remnants. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Some where along the way something went wrong with this place. They have scewed up their work on different jobs. The last one, they cut one of the pieces wront (no big deal). For some reason, he felt like telling the customer (as I stood there), that I messed up his work.
We all make mistakes at some point (especially if you do something long enough). Instead of owning it & fixing it, he decided to blame the cabinet installer for a stone he cut wrong.
Even the customer was questioning his rational.
No more Super Stone for us. There are plenty of kitehcn specialists out there that do excellent work.

They replaced a sculpture base so perfectly, It is hard to tell if something happened. They also have a delivery service which was so helpful. And Mr Jim was so knowledgeable and kind. Thank you so much!

Super Stone did an excellent job with my quartz counter top plus a small island. We worked with Jim who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We felt a good connection with him as he understood our needs. We would highly recommend Super Stone who we find to be one of the best in fabricating companies in New York. These guys did a phenomenal work at my house. They helped me picked the right stone for my kitchen countertop then installed it within a week. They were professional and clean and their price were reasonable. I definitely recommend SUPER STONE.

I normally don’t write reviews but In this case I had to. I have worked with many companies in the trades and no one comes close to super stone . Service, pricing and reliability are top notch. Between my family and I this is our 4th kitchen completed by them . Henry and his staff are excellent . Their attention to detail is something you don’t come across in todays world . My wife and I are super happy with our waterfall island and the countertops . Super stone turned our vision into a reality . I will continue to recommend them to friends and family .

Don’t hesitate—call Henry of Super Stone if you need quartz, stone or a fabricator. It’s like having a family member in the business. I’ve done book matched back splash and waterfall counters, shelves, baseboards, window sills, a mantle and steps and Henry’s competitive pricing, fabrication and his guys Jose and Sunny’s installation was totally on point!

“Super” Stone is indeed a most fitting name for this establishment. From price quoting to final installation the experience was A+.I had two installations of countertops done by Superstone - for which I priced many companies in Brooklyn from large stores like Home Depot, Italian tile stores as well as smaller outfits but Super Stone still has the best prices for product and inventory to explore. When you visit the establishment you’ll be able to see a large variety of samples as well as some full size slabs so you can get a better idea of different products and sizes. His associate there, at the time Jian, is accommodating and helpful.Once our cabinet installations were done, measurement appointments were prompt. Henry, the owner, came himself for both our measurements. I appreciated that he confirmed with us where the cuts would be while he was at the factory, before they started cutting.Two days later his crew came and did the install. This crew was very experienced and efficient. Plus, when they came to do the 2nd installation, Super Stone didn’t give me any hassle to do some extra rounding of some corners from my first installation at no extra charge.For the great price, professionalism and skill and just overall experience, I would not hesitate to do business with Super Stone again. Thanks Super Stone!

Super Stone is one of the best Quartz countertop suppliers and installers in NYC. They rep the MSI line of Quartz material and if you want special colors, you will have to be patient since they have to order it directly from manufacturer. I met Henry at the unit with the GC on FaceTime and discussed what I needed. And then Henry comes back 2 days later with his tape measure and thin wooden pieces to create templates for the countertop for the sink area and the stove area. I asked him to supply the SS sink so that I don’t have to pull my hair out to find something. 3 weeks later, his installers, Jose and Jesus came back twice to install the countertops, the sink and the backsplashes with cutouts. Superstone even honored my special request to add a piece to kitchen window to hold plants. I am a very satisfied customer

Called the Opalocka office and spoke with Stephanie who took my order and expedited on the same day so i could receive my order by friday. My project needed to be completed by Saturday and because of her it was !!! Ive been working with Superstone for over 20 years and their products have never disappointed!

Superstone templated a counter for me and installed a piece of very high end marble within 10 days and did an expert job at an excellent price. Truly exceptional service. I love these guys.
