AVOID. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I came here twice for an oil change. This place is not transparent at all about their prices. The woman at the front counter will not tell you the cost of anything and says that she will "take care of you once the service is done". I then went outside to one of the many employees standing around because I had to ask about an oil change. I made an effort to ask him the cost of the service and showed him my previous oil change window sticker where he said it would "cost the same as last time".
After the service was done the woman printed out a receipt that was $40 more than I paid the first time. When I asked why the price was so different she simply said that they raised their prices recently. I argued that somebody told me out front that it would cost the same as before, but he insisted that I paid the new inflated price previously. What's even more ridiculous is that they threw out my sticker with the oil grade from before so I had no evidence.
I will never return.

Bought my car in for a car wash, waited 30 minutes on line and at when it was finished, the staff had scratched my tire rim while driving the car up to the car wash.

Awful service and with attitude. Charge customers high price on everything. Went for nys inspection and ask me to replace shock and tire or else they can’t pass the inspection. Scam artist at best. Stay away

Terrible, and they only focus on what they are going to charge you, which is not considerable either. They want to find something in the car to earn money from you.

What an excellent experience!
The chore of getting your car inspected, turns into a Sunday pleasure drive with the good folks at Sunset Car Care. I showed up rather unexpectedly and after having been turned away by several other establishments. Here I was welcomed with open arms and swift service. They even let me smell a wide assortment of air fresheners while I waited - not only do they care for your car; they care for you

Usually I don’t like to leave reviews, but I am so disappointed & unsatisfied with the service that I paid for! Got here around 5pm today after work to have my car wash, but look at these pictures, is that call CAR WASHED? It’s because the staffs didn’t dry the water stains, that’s very basic knowledge about car wash, and also when I get into my car, and it has very strong weed smell, I know some of them definitely smoked weed before

Go literally anywhere else if you’re able. Extremelyyyyy slow service, misleading pricing and extra charges just for the hell of it. Only posted price is a piece of printed paper notifying you to a wildly high fee to use a credit card. This place exists solely to scam those who aren’t fluent in vehicle maintenance. Stay away, and try any of the other 100 auto shops in a 5 block radius. You’ll be thankful that you did!!!

Got oil change/refill all fluids/ with free car wash inter and ex / changed head light/ and battery on a sunday. Supet quick and fair prices. Melvin is the man.

They don't know how to wash cars, they threw the fluid from the tires all over the car and they stained everything for the first and last time.

I was there on Saturday washing my car...
Grab the platinum service..
According to. Because it looked like it includes folders and a vacuum cleaner and fluid on the tires..
They only had two people drying cars,
On a Saturday they were busy... so they need staff to serve better...
They added a taillight to the car, they put it in the trunk...
They scratched my rear glass with the brushes..
When I realized it, 20 minutes had already passed because I had to finish drying it myself.
And clean the windows because they left them foggy..
I don't blame the workers for the wet or foggy glass, but I do blame the scratches!
30+ for a very poorly prepared service,
I worked in car wash for 2 years and you have to change a towel every two cars, a special towel for mirrors and a special one for drying..
And using liquid to put on the mirrors, it's not just about wiping them down and that's it...
It was my first and last time in that place :/
