They are the worst, they look good on the outside but their service is horrendous I sent sent the package priority Mail but United postal service they still had it a whole week later and had no idea where it was I couldn't track it or anything they don't accept cards they only accept cash I would shocked at how completely clueless their staff was they don't answer their phones they don't return calls they don't seem to know anything about the service they're supposed to be providing I would advise any and everyone to stay completely clear then I am an honorably discharged veteran I'm about to report them to the better Business bureau and the Veterans administration for losing my package and and not being able to track it they have no idea where it went I had to apologize to who I sent the package to by them. Both myself in the intended recipient of the package was on the phone with them when I went into the office to try and get some information on how it takes a whole week and they still have no knowledge of where the package went The best they can tell me is if the package is found and they don't know where's that is that it'll be returned to them A person can lose whatever it is they're trying to send using this service they are the absolute worst.

They delivered my package to the wrong address, and tried to say they didint, when I got in touch with the post office and finally got the address to where my package was they for sure delivered my package to the wrong address. They did not try to help me and stopped answering my calls.

This establishment is very unprofessional, there seems to be an issue every time we have to pick up a package. We used this location as a UPS pickup and were told that we had to pay for delivery. The delivery has already been paid for! I'm not sure what kind of scam they're running but I'm going to report it. We will never use this location again!

Don’t ship packages using this company they will steal your package they don’t scan pre paid packages labels for the usps into the system and give out fake receipts just to keep the package …. steal your money and give you the run around with no proof of tracking or delivery of your product

When I walked In, I noticed no one was at the front but instead I heard a movie playing. This is not an issue cause if there’s no customers then sure you can hang out. This issue was I yelled “hello” about 4x and banged on the desk before I finally got his attention. The worker himself is extremely nonchalant however, When I asked a question he sometimes talked over me. But the worst part is that as I was just standing there, I noticed something moving and when I went to look at it I knew it was a bug. I would suggest them fumigating their establishment and teaching proper communication skills for better service

Spent a hour there waiting for him to put in my address?? I don’t know what he was doing but the said the computer was slow. I had four packages and I left after he put the label on two of them- I was not going to wait another hour for the other two. A package that should not have been more than $50 (I checked when I got home and when I went to a different post office) he charged me $117 - cash only is also not helpful

The man at the front desk with the mental disability regularly acts inappropriate with customers. I came to this establishment to mail a package and I had my 11 year old daughter with me. When I was browsing shipping supplies, he exposed himself to my daughter.

I have been using this place for several years I believe since they open for business. I have never had an issue and the young man behind the desk has always been professional.

It’s been 72 hours and my packages have been stuck at scanned but located in system. These are 5 packages worth lots of money and the gentleman cannot recall if/when the packages were picked up. He’s been guesstimating but cannot tell me where the packages are. I’m concerned that either my packages were never shipped or he’s lost them. I’ve been patient but I’m exceptionally upset at the customer service. I’ve called over 8X between Sunday and Tuesday and no one has answered. I’ve left voicemails as well. When I returned to the office yesterday I was told my packages were picked up, yet I could see a bag full of packages behind the desk. Additionally he told me to call the number on the receipt which no one answered. Something isn’t adding up. Potential customers you’re better off going directly to the post office to avoid the mess.

I wouldn’t recommend this locationWorst experience ever!!*The place is filthy*The person that works there is unprofessional and nonchalant*They overcharge !!
