I came here after being referred by NYU langone to do a thrombosis blood test. After showing my referral paperwork, I was told the lab couldn't complete the test because of some nonsense about being unable to print the labels because of the lab they're affiliated with. When I called on the phone before, they said they do this test. The receptionist, while nice, was unable to explain it well, so I'm just confused. I was told by the doc who referred me that this place is affiliated with NYU, so why the hell couldn't they complete the test. It was such a waste of time coming here and nowhere else can seemingly do this test.

Absolute incompetence!!!! Who opens at 7:30am but have no one working the front desk!?!?!?! You have to have a piece of paper which no one informed us of - have my 67 year old mom sitting there waiting, in the modern age of technology - someone should be able to look up the order and get their job done!! Make it make sense...smh! Someone set an appt all you have to do is inform them what to bring ? one lab tech who has no idea how the world functions...her favorite answer - I don't know. Save yourselves the madness find another location!!

Whoever is driving the company car just cut me off. No blinker, no warning. I had to jam on my brakes and the car behind me did too. I almost got into an accident because of whoever is driving the company car right now. 3pm 11/1/23.

This lab is supposed to open at 7:30 am. I went there twice and stood outside until 8:30 am, the first time and no one showed up to open the place. This morning I was there at 7:30 am , and although there was a technician inside she refused to let us in citing security reasons. She claimed she was waiting on her coworker. At around 8:30 she stated that they were sending someone from another location and she didn’t know what time they would get there. At this time 4 people were waiting outside some of us fasting, some doing the test before going to work. I find this situation to be deplorable and I’m hoping that Sunrise will correct this situation. We do not deserve to be treated like this in our community. This is the lab at 3210 Church Avenue.

One the worst laboratories in Brooklyn. Staff is rude, nobody picks up the phone and they never follow the hours the have listed as their hours of operation. Very unprofessional!!!!

I had to get some blood work done and the 2 women that helped me were very nice. I registered as a new patient, got my blood taken and was out the door in 20 minutes! (I came a little after 1:00pm). Will definitely be returning to this location if I need anymore work done.

This place is a disgrace to be in our neighborhood. Their time of hours on the door says one thing but they stop seeing patients half hour before they actually close. The techs are rude as hell no professionalism.

The schedule says it’s openFrom 7:30 am to 4 pm. Today I was there At 7:20 am and I was waiting until 8:15am but they never opened.

The place just opened and the 3 people working there looked hectic. One nurse was rude (sarcastic) to my father. I won't blame all Caribbeans for this type of behavior, but it's the stereotypical behavior people come to expect from Caribbeans. We need you to disprove these stereotypes and act PROFESSIONAL. You are not in your home. You are at work.
