I am so happy with my experience with Storage Mart so far! I've used a few different storage companies in the past and honestly always prepare myself for disappointment, frustration, and the feeling that I'm getting screwed over, but that was not the case here. The manager Emmanuel (Manny?) was incredibly kind, patient, transparent, and helpful, and I feel really good knowing that my things are in good hands with him and his team. He was very accommodating and gave me tips on how to best handle my particular situation. I have also found the corporate customer service phone team to be excellent. The best part is that I've never had to wait on hold or speak with anyone who doesn't seem to know what they're talking about! I would highly recommend Storage Mart in general and this particular location in particular.

I met manager Arnold at the entrance, he is super nice and helpful person I ever met.He showed me everything that I asked and same day I moved in.Pretty good service, highly recommended.

I just moved to Brooklyn and needed a convenient storage unit. The building is secure and well-lit and feels very safe. The wide passageways and triple-depth elevators made it easy to economise on trips between my unit and my rental van. I appreciate that the building is staffed during business hours and the moving supplies are both plentiful and reasonably priced. Manny in particularly has been super helpful and friendly. Thanks for running a tight ship!

Just signed up for a storage unit. It was super quick and easy. Thought there was much more to it but not really! Emmanuel was amazingggg! Friendly and very helpful, he took his time to show my mother and I around and how the unit works until we were satisfied with a unit for our storage needs. Did not feel rushed or unwelcome which I appreciated

We have had a unit at Manhattan Mini Storage for 10 years located at 5030 Broadway. Our experience has been very positive. Friendly helpful staff, clean environment and convenient location. During the pandemic, Manhattan Mini Storage worked with their customers to ensure their belongings were safe. Any financial hardship was waived and the customer came first. I highly recommend Manhattan Mini Storage for all your storage needs.

Following a recent and unpleasant experience with a well-known large storage company, I reached out to Storage Mart on 4th Ave. in Sunset Park and secured a unit needed for our equipment and supplies. The professional and courteous service that Manny provided was both timely and refreshing! If/when in need of additional storage space, make Storage Mart on 4th Ave. your first choice!

I’ve rented a small unit in March 2022, they were so welcoming and ran me through the paperwork process as well as the unit. At first my unit was a top unit but come to realize (since I was short) offered me a unit closer to the floor, for easier access. Which was so kind of them.I’ve come and go from my unit often, within the year and every time I’ve visited they’ve welcomed me back and always offered help or told me any updates regarding their new systems in place. (For example: their new open gate system, which can now be accessed through your phone, which is awesome because I would be the type to forget)Other than the amazing staff, the location is very convenient, especially when your coming from the Verrazano towards the city. Exit 36 allows you to enter right into the loading zone. Noticing during peak hours there are usually already two cars parked inside you can easily place you vehicle off to the side or there’s parking everywhere.As of May 2023, I’ve been able to put my move out date online, move all my stuff out and let the staff know. They walked me up, checked the unit and was able to hand me my receipts from all the paid months including the last move out date. It’s sad to go but if I ever needed to come back and store stuff within the city limits I would definitely come back and also highly recommend.Also did I mention, everything from the gate to the elevator, the lighting as well as the AC is up to par!?Plus super clean! This experience allowed me to put the rest of the storage places to high expectation.Thank you for keeping my stuff safe and being so welcoming!

Love this place so much!!! The property manager is one of a kind!!! Very kinda understanding, genuine!!! I could go on for hours about this place! But once you entered you feel great! (Love the fact that the call you) they are there for you no matter what!
