Andy was an amazing help in getting me situated. Friendly, calm and informative. Would definitely recommend the location off the service alone but the space is also nice and clean.

Before coming here, I went to four other places and wasn’t feeling the vibe. This place was a little busy when I came but still they took good care of me, and had the best prices around. AND they got a parking lot so you can pull right in and use the indoor bay. They even escorted me to the unit!
The other place let me find it on my own, and then wanted to charge me for the “gift bag” in my paid unit with a lock inside after I bought a lock. They threatened to cancel my contract so I said forget it, cancel my contract now and gimme a refund. I paid debit, and had to wait ten days for a refund. They didn’t give me a receipt either. Awful.
Post was the BEST option and I’m glad I followed my gut to find them.

I went there to retrieve my things before the free first month was up. The power was off so I was unable to retrieve my things. I called the number on the outside of the door and the first thing it asked for was my payment information to look up my account. Once I finished putting in the information I was charged for the months storage 10 days early! Once this was done it gave me the option to speak to a representative. They told me they would put in a request to return my money and I still have not received my money back. This play is a scam

My husband is in the process of getting rid of his unit. We have an open case with them regarding a brake in. Please tell me how they have cameras everywhere and they lock it down, but somehow, someone got in and broke in to his unit and someone else’s. There is never anyone there to ask questions and when there is, they know nothing. They tried to tell my husband that they don’t know how it could have happened! Now it’s been almost a year and hasn’t gotten any recompense for his belongings. I would seriously recommend NOT going there.

The representative named Kerwin who assisted me in the transition was phenomenal in taking my information and showing the different rooms that would meet my needs, and he was patient and professional enough to satisfy every question that I had! Renting a room isn’t just the room, but making sure that the staff is really professional with your belongings when you’re not there! Thank you!
