SUPERB customer service! The manager, Shy, welcomed me and assisted me with a seamless move to my unit. He is very pleasant, has a fantastic sense of humor and is informed about the departments and the values of the company. The team seem very close-knit and everyone was incredibly helpful and nice. Without a doubt, I'd suggest them if you're seeking for a location to store your belongings.

My coats were missing from my unit Waiting for a call to see how they plan on fixing this. Who ever open my unit also placed the bag in the wrong place. They do not allow you to place a very secure lock on just in case you lose your key. Now two North face coats are missing ?

Stop & Stor is an amazing place to store things that you're not using in your house this is not my first time using it and I will refer other people to use it it's safe and convenient and Ms Margaret the sales lady is awesome
