Threw out my PERSONAL PROPERTY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. I have done Buisness with them for over 8 yrs and when I finally go to get the rest of my stuff they threw it out! Don’t trust them

It seems we keep paying more and getting less.My girlfriend and I have had a storage unit at this place for about 5 years now. The price keeps going up and up, and the service is less and less. And now the drive through door (which is the only reason we picked the place) is broke, and the rude person who works there said it'll "be broke for AWHILE", with a crazy emphasis on "awhile". THEN, he told me about the latest price increase. Unreal.We'll be going to another storage place as soon as we can.DON'T go here.

It's a little pricey, but definitely cheaper than other options in the area. Also has FAR better customer service than any other storage space in the area. 4 standard height loading docks make it easy for commercial delivery, and the drive-thru area is really nice... Especially in bad weather.Love this place.

Their service is terrible and the renting policy is unreasonable since they only accept US PASSPORT and NY State ID with requiring your utilities bills lol, Extra Space might be more expensive but they only need ur legit passport! People who don’t have NY state ID/ US passport but hold a foreign passport with legal visa here are not accepted here lmao!!! The front desk staff is unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable when he kinda warn me several times that I should pay the rent on time if I do wanted to rent my storage here, it’s understandable but it was honestly disrespectful and discriminative that he thought I would not pay the rent as a foreign folk, bro this is NYC people from all over the world everywhere. I don’t like their dishonest selling tactic either, the staff recommend storage place which is larger and more expensive than what I actually need, and they didn’t offer other alternatives until I show the options on their website.
