Staples saved my life with my business this weekend! Amazing printing services in one day!! I came in feeling hopeless, and Taimoor was so caring and helped me out with ease! This is usually my favorite location that I drive further to because of their efficiency. However last night I called ahead and specifically told the store that I needed early pick up at 8am.They said if I showed up by 7pm night prior, that's fine. I came, paid and despite few hiccups- it went well.
I arrive next morning to pick up at 8:30am and the store is closed. They open at 9am and no one remembered that the night before to warn me. I could've paid for Express and pick up night prior if I knew it did not open in time. But what's worse is that although paid for, the manager refused to come and speak to me as I requested to get some help while I wait to just pick up my paid items. Everyone was kind except the manager which shows a poor customer service example to the other employees.

Huge huge shoutout to Yim, who was incredibly helpful when the viewport on the website wasn't showing a printing error that was showing up in the sample sheet and reached out to let me know. Would recommend this location and Yim needs a raise!

Why do stores really think if they place obstacles to shopping there I won't just pay an extra buck at CVS out of spite? Come here if you want to help legitimize Eric Adams's police state by pantomiming "dealing with" an invented "shrink problem" I guess

People who come in for the first time and find employees who don't give you cars and make you understand that they don't have time to waste on you all the People are not the same only 5% are good This is why America is in a very crisis Strong tank for you service bayyyyyy!!!!!????

I initially had a frustrating experience when I left without getting what I needed. The staff member didn't seem to notice my struggles, despite me calling him over three times for printer assistance. The guy in the khaki hoodie was unhelpful, leaving me to figure things out on my own, even though I was visibly struggling. However, I returned to purchase menu covers and Channel provided excellent service, apologizing for her colleague's shortcomings and making up for it with her own helpfulness. Thanks to Channel, I'm bumping my review up to 3 stars from 1!
