You know the more I think about the experience I had at the T-Mobile store at Gateway in Brooklyn, the more I deemed this as the worst experience ever! The level of class, professionalism, knowledge and diligence was truly disgusting! These are people that look just like me. There was no way whatsoever , that a simple visit like this, shouldn't have resulted such a low rate experience!!! Upon entering the store the vibe all wrong!!!!!! I spoke to a young lady, and I can't catch her name. She was the first agent. I actually spoke with after paying my bill. She gave me my change and I requested to change my screen protectors on both of my devices. The first thing she did was tell me that I don't have on the devices for my screen protectors, and I knew she was lying because she didn't even take the time to look. After speaking to the next representative who seem to be sniffing the same blue she was was acting confused and I had to call the call center, but I do love the reaction because they knew that I was being mistreated and they definitely went to bat for me! The Carter agent was telling the in-store agent why can't you see his receipt I can and it was March 11th!!! These are people who look just like me, and to receive the low level customer service that I received is sickening! This was such a low class and low budget staff that you will continue to encounter customer service issues. The fact that I jump through hoops to get screen protectors was insane not to mention the unprofessionalism of the entire staff that was present! The entire staff should be fired for creating such a horrific experience! no one stepped up to the plate. No one apologized for being so incompetent and it's like these people don't even work in service like, where did you find these people?????? This is going to be a problem for you all in the future! It was in the fact that they could not provide the screen protection, which I ended up getting anyway it was how they went about it. It was their professionalism, and it was their willingness to assist!! All zeros across-the-board the entire staff should be fired in, especially starting with the manager that was present!!!! Without a doubt!!!

My experience here was really short. Staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get my questions answered right away.

The costumer service is incredible good. Jonathan was very very helpful. Came back the costumer service still wonderful..Brendan took care of me this time.

Very rude didn’t help at all gave me wrong information about my phone told me my phone had water damage and found out that the lsd light was the only reason y my phn went black nothing else was wrong with my phn never coming to this store every again

Long waiting. Went there for a sim replacement, waited in line for over 20 mins and left. There were few people in front of me. Seemed like it will take an hour. They are too slow.

We needed to add two lines to the family plan and had questions about international service for an upcoming trip overseas. Brian gave us several options to choose from which was great because we use both iPhones and Samsung. He even talk to us about home internet service. He was very knowledgeable and we were able to walk out of the store that day with two new phone lines and all of our questions answered. The new lines were affordable! Brian clearly stated what the next bill would be and when it would be due. We will always come here now for service going forward.

Not accepting insurance claim phone because the back is cracked as stated in the claim. Wouldn’t replace my phone. This insurance really is a scam

I went to this T-mobile store at Gateway, 7/11/23 Yesterday IPaid my bill. still hvt received my receipt I was asked do you want text or paper bill ,I received neither, what's up with that.The wait time was Quick on a week day at 11:15-11:30 I read the comments beafore deciding to go to this particular store.The worker's do like to talk to one another instead of helping customers, that much is true. Other than that I guess ? I may go back all depending if I receive my receipt.
