I was a bit hesitant to purchase from here but it turned out great. Ordered a Mackage parka, which arrived in three days from Brooklyn to Manhattan.Took it to the Soho Mackage shop, and two employees verified that it was authentic. Fast shipping and great price.

Bad customer service unfortunately. I called to clarify how sizing ran since the website was unclear. The sales rep gave me the wrong info so I ordered a men size. When I spoke with Boris (the manager, I assume), he said he would refund me the return shipping and send me a return label in the new size I ordered. He did neither. He does not respond to calls or emails. Unfortunate.

Terrible customer service. Made multiple calls with a simple question they said they have shorts that I was interested in at the end they don’t have it and they dom accept cc over the phone .I’ve been their customer for ten years . Very sad that there is no respect to loyal customers

Just picked up a great pair of sunglasses!! The salesmen were based!! I thought the saleswoman was a bit clueless but the track star/football athlete was incredible!!! Give him a raise!

Purchased online from this place because great price, and took two weeks to receive the wrong item. Ordered Shampoo, received Conditioner. Called to find out where the order was after receiving tracking but saw no movement for a week. Male who answered phone couldn't answer where it was and said women who handled would need to call me back. Call back never happened, package just showed up with wrong item. I'd strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.
