I'm sad to say, but this pharmacy is really not great. I wanted to support a local business, but they are inefficient, rude, and disorganized. First, their location is wrong, they are on South 3rd street and have fulfilled from there since I went there last year. Second, I recently tried to get a prescription filled there, and they said "Sorry, we moved locations so you need to call your doctor and ask to change the location of your prescription." They never called me to do this, never confirmed anything, and now it's on me to fix it. The person I spoke to as well was insanely rude and condescending. I live on the block, but I'm still choosing to go to another pharmacy instead. Stay far away.

Called into this pharmacy to verify my patient's information and only got a rude nongentleman at the other end who just said "he hasn't been here for a year" and hung up abruptly.

Other than being super kind, every time I come here there's an issue. I'll tell them my name and they'll say they don't have anything called in for me, I'll wait and they'll say someone is checking but now 20 mins have passed. Then somehow they find that something was called in for me, but realistically this shouldn't be such an issue if they were organized. They also don't accept FSA cards. I've been here 3-4 times now and it has never been an in and out experience PLUS they seem to forget that you're there til you have to go up to the counter again and ask for an update. It's just not a great way to get sick people in and out. You can tell the staff is perplexed because information is hard to find, things seem to be everywhere and I can understand why in that environment things get lost. It's just that when part of your customers are sick, you don't want to have them standing around and in a public space, potentially getting other people sick. This might be an okay pharmacy for non immediate matters (like a regular prescription, OTC, etc), but if you need meds for bronchitis, pneumonia or anything where you feel like standing and waiting is taxing on your body, maybe fill somewhere else or if you're lucky, have someone else pick up for you.

Inaccurate business hours on website, door and the employees don’t seem to know what time it closes either. Don’t waste your time, go to Santa Maria Pharmacy!! It’s super quick, the employees are lovely and their business hours are correct, it took me 10min to get medicine.
