Awful service, very disappointed by the haircut. I had an appointment with Ivan, confirmed a couple of days prior. When I arrived, he was already with another client, and I was told that he does not work with short hair. I would have accepted this explanation has he been waiting for me and discovered I do not have long hair. But he started with another client despite the fact that my appointment was confirmed. It is obviously a lie. Another hairdresser took care of me, but the haircut was below my expectations. My daughter had a haircut done by another hairdresser in the same salon on the same day, and the result was just awful, completely not what she explained and expected. Moreover, the stylist was pulling on her hair. So, overall, very unprofessional hairdressers and unpleasant experience. Avoid this place.

First time coming here and right of the bat I noticed how the hair stylists were so experienced, professional and really got along with their clients. It was also my first time dyeing my hair so I was scared coming to a new place. My hair results are amazing! You can check some of their work on Instagram. Overall great customer service and hospitality. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend!!!

I just have to give a huge shoutout to Artem, the hair wizard! My hair was a hot mess with super dry ends, and Artem worked his magic to transform it into a stunning, well-kept masterpiece. He gave my locks a beautiful color and the perfect shade, plus he banished that stubborn red undertone I despised. I can't stress enough how awesome Artem's skills are – he's a true hair maestro! I had high hopes when I visited this hair salon, drawn by the hairstylist's impressive reputation. The stylist definitely delivered - my hair transformation was good. However, my experience was dampened by an unexpected price increase. I had a consultation the day before to understand the costs, and the initial quote seemed fair. I agreed, but post hair dyeing, I was taken aback by a whopping $120 addition to the bill. I truly value the stylist's skill and the quality of their work, but the difference between the quoted and actual price left me disheartened. Maintaining transparent and consistent prices is crucial for a salon to ensure a satisfying overall experience for clients.
