If you do something they don’t like and you don’t know you did something wrong they will give you very dirty looks and talk bad about you in spanish.
They also rush you out if it’s nearing closing time. Machines are also too expensive and too small to justify it, and there’s never any available dryers to use.

I drop off my clothes, bed sheet, and towels every two weeks and the ladies working there are always super friendly. Everything comes back very clean, perfectly folded, and smelling good.

Every time I show up to wash my laundry I use 4 machine the Chinese women always tells me you can't use so many machines I am using It soon she says so I start using 2 machines and someone else comes in and she let's them use it I ask her why didn't you let me use it she doesn't have what to answer* always an issue using a lot of machines or carts or dryers or folding your clothes on tables where else should I fold it**Oh yeah and if the dryer stops they take the clothing out even if it's not dry yet and they leave it in a cart *Go figure it's not like I don't pay for itShe picks and chooses who can use it* They lost me as a customer THE PROBLEM IS THE OWNER NEVER READS THE REVIEWS OR DOESN'T CAREHE LETS THE WORKERS DO WHAT THE WANTOTHER WISE HE WOULD ADDRESS THE REVIEWS

The woman working there was extremely nasty. She said dryers are for customers only. And they have a sign stating that. They do not and, Well obviously if I'm using the dryer that makes me a costumer. I have used just the wash machine or just the dryer in the passed and never had an issue. It was clear to me and to everyone else in the store that she discriminated against me based on my religion (witch was visible by the way I was dressed)I cant believe that in this day and age people are still discriminating because of religion. Congratulations you just lost a customer.

I’ve been doing my laundry here for months, because it’s the closest to where I live and I don’t expect much of laundromats. But it’s always crowded and waiting for machines and folding tables is the name of the game here. I’ve tried timing my visits to avoid the worst times (an employee told me on a Tuesday not to come on Tuesday—they’re the worst) so today I tried a Sunday evening (I was told late is best). It was so crowded I could barely enter!So I Google searched for another in the area and found one across Fort Hamilton that I’ll review there.I’m not done with my Soap and Bubbles rant. It’s very poorly maintained. 20% of the machines are out of service, and they’re the same ones that have been out of service the past five months. The people that work there are busy doing mad drop-off business so sometimes close to half the machines are taken by them. And God help you if you fold your clothes on *their* table. Their seems to be a friendly community that is always there and they know the unwritten rules.I think it’s so busy because because it’s a few coins less than much better places within a few blocks.
