Got a wrong bottle tried to exchange it for a more expensive one and they couldn't do it. They said you have to pay for the whole new bottle. Ridiculous customer service.

Good selection of wines from what I could briefly tell. I was a bit disappointed by the customer service, however, since I read such great reviews about the staff. The employee was watching me so I felt uncomfortable browsing. I greeted them upon entering but did not receive a response. I thanked them, and again, no response. Barely any eye contact when ringing me up. Felt like I didn’t even exist or wasn’t wanted in the store.

I love smiling violet!! Such a thoughtful, curated, wide selection of wines for super affordable prices. Every staff member I’ve come in contact with here has been extremely helpful and communicative when helping me narrow down what flavor I’m in the mood for. Never snobby and always have time for their customers. The owner is super generous and also handsome. 5 stars:)
