Got a wrong bottle tried to exchange it for a more expensive one and they couldn't do it. They said you have to pay for the whole new bottle. Ridiculous customer service.

Great layout and selection. Todd was super knowledgeable and helpful without being snobby or pushy. Loved shopping there, can’t wait to try the new wines.

This is one of my favorite wine shops, but has anyone gotten sick after recently shopping here? Maybe I am just overly worried. Just want to make sure it is not a big deal.
