My laptop broke. Brought it to Best Buy who wanted $85 to send it to determine if it could be repaired. Brought it to Smart Addiction and in less than an hour my laptop worked perfectly and it was only $75. They saved my life :)

Smart Addiction has been my go-to for replacing phone screens and batteries. Most recently they did a great job replacing a broken laptop screen ("That was fast, Thank You!"). They are courteous, provide honest and fast service and are reasonably priced.

Dimitri is AMAZING!!! Was super kind and helped me fix my phone after I poked the battery trying to repair it myself. I was nervous that whoever helped me would treat me like I was silly, but he showed me what I did right and what I did wrong when it came to fixing my phone, and walked me through how he was going to fix it. Super kind super informative and highly recommend this place! Give this man a raise!! He deserves it!

Very honest.
They did exam and assessment. They told me fixing my iPhone will cost roughly as getting a new one. They did not charge me for their work. I highly recommend.
