Earlier in the day I had smashed my iPhone 11 Pro screen. I walked in and dropped off my phone and an hour later I had a perfect new screen. Fair pricing, posted in store. If you're local to Greenpoint you can't beat the convenience.

I literally just called them and know I'm not choosing this place, the guy at the store just shouted at someone in the store and told me to hold on.

If I can rate a zero I would. Horrible customer service. They scam people off for their money. Half the times the screens dont work or the phones. NOT WORTH IT !!!
