The customer service here is Horrible the cashiers have no training and keep yapping it up with customers with no focus on the next. I had a bad experience today when the cashier rang up my items and did not ask if I need a bag when I did ask she was very rude and I was left with picking up my items individually and moving them out the store (10) items. The other cashiers stood and watched in support of her and did not take leadership to assist me. I voiced my unacceptable customer service review to her but she decided to step away and talk to her colleagues!! Poor customer service in a grocery store is not good for business especially when they favor who they want to be nice too.
Please train these loud mouth cashiers to be polite and Professional.

I go practically everyday sometimes two times a day. Only they NEVER have Rum raisin ice cream. They used to be Pioneer. Milk and eggs are almost always on sale. Nice people and managers. Better atmosphere. Cleaner. Fruits are more fresh. Meats smell better. No cash back. They take OTC, food stamps ,and most if not all debit cards. No more bottle returns.
Love them though, and they always remember me even if they don't speak English.

Pretty low end with high end pricing.Meats always look brown.Dairy is debatably cold.Frozen foods are most expensive in the neighborhoodCashiers are pretty low end unprofessionalGoya and Caribbean foods priced really high. Lot less Caribbean food since associated takeover.Back end smells like they slaughter live cattle.I wouldn’t touch the deli with a 30 foot pole.
