Shocked Electronics provided me with wonderfully efficient repair service for my Nikon 800 DSLR. Within 1 week, the aperture assembly was replaced and repaired, and the camera and sensor were cleaned. This was all done for a very reasonable price. Communication via e-mail was clear and pleasant.No complaints…and I would use Shocked Electronics again without a second thought.

Amazing experience! Woke up to a camera that wouldn't turn on. They were the only ones open on Saturday so I stopped by and had a working camera by the end of the afternoon! Quick and very reasonably priced!

Excellent service! The fixed my camera (Sony a72) within one day. The communication about the issue (a problem with a flex cable) was straightforward, and price was very fair. Highly recommended.

I rolled the dice and drove 6 hours from Pittsburgh to have these guys replace the shutter in my Sony A7IV which stopped working days before a gig. I needed it in a pinch and could not wait on shipping times.Shocked not only honored their word and got the job done fast in a few hours, but they were professional, kind, and clearly experts at what they do. They even recommended going down to Industry City for a bite to eat while I waited where I was able to find parking and grab an awesome burger! Glad I made the drive and I will definitely be using their services again in the future!10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service. I went there to get a vintage/old camera model fixed cause it got dented upon falling and they fixed it within 5 mins. Thank you for saving my Christmas holiday spirit ?? before my trip.

I never write reviews but I had to for this place. I thought my camera was toast but I **** you not they fixed my issue in less than 60 seconds and didn't charge me a dime even as I insisted paying them. Go here before you panic.

Shame on you… Learn to be human first. Then learn how to treat customers at your workplace and control your nerves. Keep your promise and follow your responsibilities. Sometimes, for reasons beyond your control, you may not be able to keep your promise, but at least learn how to apologize. No one is perfect, but never yell at the customer by trying to correct what you have done wrong. Remember that the customer is always right. The reason your business exists is because of the customers who come to your shop. I advise you to be courteous to your customers. It doesn't matter who is right or not; just put yourself in the customer's shoes and act accordingly. Never try to get into a fight with your customer. People going to this office should think twice before they go. I definitely do not recommend

Great camera & lens repair shop. I had an Nikon D3100 where the main board wasnt working properly. The owner was very nice and gave me a free estimate and a price i couldn't deny to fix my camera. Within two days i received my camera and it was working like it was brand new.Thank you Shocked Elcetronics, until we meet again.

My BMPCC 4K camera had an issue with the power plug and I needed it fixed ASAP. The guys at Shocked Electronics knew exactly what I needed and gave me a precise quote over the phone. They fixed the camera in 3 hours and it is now ready for its next job. Excellent customer service and a life saver!

Where to begin. Not long ago I went to get my camera fixed and let me tell you I wasn't disappointed at all. If I could give this company more than 5 starts I would. Proper communication, and they will get back to you as soon as possible. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend!!! A++!!! ??
