They don't clean inside, exterior only. Exterior wash quality is not good. A few dirty spots were left on my vehicle. Won't be coming back.

If you care about your vehicle, steer clear of Shiny Lube and Car Wash. Numerous customers have reported poor service, including improper oil changes, engine damage, and careless car washing practices. Many have faced costly repairs after visiting this location. Consider taking your car elsewhere if you want to avoid potential risks. Proceed at your own risk! Don’t say I didn’t warned yall.

This is the third car they’ve ruined after an oil change, but this time, I won’t stop until they’re shut down. My previous cars weren’t brand new, but this one is, and I haven’t even had it for a month. Not only did they overcharge me for an oil change which I gladly paid because I am willing to spend on my vehicle, but they messed it up too. I took it (my 2024 Integra so they will know who I am) in for its first oil change, and they completely messed it up. When I confronted them about it, they had the nerve to laugh in my face. This time, they’re not getting away with it. Count your days ‘Shiny car damagers’!!
I wish I had the opportunity to give them zero star.

Saw reviews for the night service. Was definitely meaning to check it out and since I needed a wash. It was prwtty fast since there were no lines. Paid $12 in cash.
I wanted a spot that had bird droppings cleaned and still had to clean it myself after. I didn't think to tell them to make sure it's clean there since you see the white droppings on my red car.

Car wash was not good by any means. My car is still dirty. And the attitude of the employees there are absolutely disgusting. I would never in my life step foot in this place ever again.

They do an ok job. The washing process is rushed, fast and not cleaned completely. The inside of my vehicle was barely cleaned and there was water dripping all over the vehicle, although I saw several men with towels wiping it. My tire well wasn't properly cleaned and I specifically pointed that out when I brought my car to them. I still left mildly satisfied.

Its okay according for the price but you will have to wipe your car after the air blower sice there is no one to wipe it with a towel

Pretty straightforward spot. Did the ultimate package, vacuum can use some improvement as it was nothing too special and found myself having to go over the gas station to vacuum it myself.

Service not as advertised. Paid for an ultimate wash $33.99 plus tax. They never touched my dash board and told me my car was ready to go. When I brought it up to a worker with my reciept she the cashier, said "I dont know". After repeating myself to a worker outside, someone with a towel and an attitude walked over to wipe it down as if it bothered them to do their job. Gatorade in the refrigerator is marked $1.00 and the cashier refused to sell it to me at that price. Can sodas are marked $1.00 and are actually charged as advertised. She had an attitude and said we'll that's not the price. So I asked why are there 20 of them marked with "The wrong price" ? I asked for the manager and she ignored my request by rolling her eyes and turning her attention to her friend that was showing her something on her cellphone. Please see photos of the refrigerator. Buyer beware!!

Paid about 35$ for the ultimate cleaning and it was horrible they barely cleaned my windows or anything . They never do a good job this was my 4th time getting my car cleaned & left very unsatisfied. I won’t ever go again.
