We could have not had a better time dealing with our sales rep, Narciso Biggs! He immediately greeted us like a friend and proceeded to ask us what took us in today without any pressure. Me and my girlfriend wanted to look at paint colors for our first apartment together and he took us around explaining all the various colors and sheens they offered. We settled on two greens and we got ourselves samples to try out at my current place to see how they look in a room vs a small paint chip. We would 100% come back just for Narciso! Great guy who treats you like family!

Came in to get a bunch of sample colors for testing on the wall. Narciso was very helpful, polite and responsive. The store was very well organized, light-filled and had good vibes. I’ll be back.

I visited this store this last Saturday, having experienced a closed S-W store with the sign 'Gone to get lunch.' In this Bayridge store was the manager who was calmly dealing with each customer making them feel like they were the only ones that mattered. The store was calm, very clean and had good energy. When it was my turn I could not have received better service and she was kind, knowledgeable and patient. A first rate experience and exactly what we harried customers are looking for.

What is going on with your delivery????Why is there so much noise at 3am????No consideration for people sleeping????Already reported to.311 if ya guys don't do something about it next time I hear that noise will call 911 !!!Noise starts at 7am by law its horrible,all the banging noise!!!!

I had a very good experience here. The staff took appropriate social distancing measure, wore masks, etc. Chloe was helpful and sweet. She was knowledgeable about the products and gave good recommendations.

Excellent customer service!Helpful to the point that they have your best interest.Example: thought I would only need 2 quarts of paint. Pointed it was more economical to buy the gallon and I save $$.
