Too slow to get results! They keep delaying! For a typical testing any other lab can do within one week, they can push it until forever! I don't know what's going on within this company. Seems very unorganized and chaotic! So unreliable and irresponsible!! Hate it!!! Don't use this lab!! I still haven't heard anything about my results yet and haven't been promised any date that I can even expect!!! I wish my doctor used a different lab, not this one!!!!

In this lab, I can't see the test results through the app. In other labs I used before, I could see the test results through the app.

I called to pay my bill. The customer service rep was rude and unknowledgeable. When I asked a question about my why the bill was sent a year after my lab work, he gave a long, strange answer that didn’t make sense to me. So I asked him to explain, but he just repeated the exact same response, as if he was reading it. I don’t understand why my doctor switched to this lab. I never had these problems with other labs.

I recently received a copay bill for tests that were never ordered by my doctor. My insurance has already covered its part for the tests in question. To address this issue, I initially reached out via email, attaching my test results and explaining that a particular blood test was not ordered by my doctor.In response, I received an email from Julia stating, "Doctor's office ordered tests 993 Phlebotomy Care entity (General) and 1109 Urine culture and Sensitivities. For test 993 - this is a generic name of the test in the SAL system. If you have any questions, please contact AM/PM Urgent Care. Thank you, Julia."In my follow-up email, I attached the Doctor's request form and the test results, both of which clearly indicated that only one test had been ordered. Unfortunately, I have not received any further response from the office.Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter, including multiple calls to the customer service department, I have been consistently transferred to the billing department. Regrettably, my calls have gone unanswered, and even messages left have not been returned. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with the lab's customer service and overall conduct.

I got a bill on 12/16. The bill date was 11/06. It mentioned that the bill should be paid within 30 days. The envelope the letter came in was post marked 12/5/2023. How am I supposed to make my payment in time then? Furthermore, it was an unauthorized billing for test results from my annual bloodwork. They do not help out with issues like this on the weekends, will need to call back on Monday

I got a bill on 7/21. The bill date was 6/12 and a message mention the bill should be paid within 30 days. I saw the post mark was 7/5. I really want to ask Sherman Abrams Lab—do you think it is possible? Why the bill date was 6/12 and the post mark was 7/5? More than 3 weeks later?! And I only have 7 days from USPS pick up the bill from you and send a check back to you? This is ridiculous!!!And I check my mail box everyday and I received it on 7/21! Will call Monday and see what they are going to say! If I will be charged late fee for this, I will report this!!Thank for destroying my birthday weekend!

I was unable to access the portal after receiving an email regarding my COVID test results. Josh, the COO reached out and discovered that my name was entered incorrectly in the system (likely my typo) and had my results sent via encrypted email within minutes.

MY FRIEND GOT THE WRONG COVID RESULTS BECAUSE OF JASMIN TAYLOR AND NOW PUT EVERYONE ELSE AT RISK AFTER FINDING OUT HE WAS POSITIVE THE WHOLE TIME. FIRE JASMIN TAYLOR SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB.
